Materials Used

Spring block «Bonnell»
Ths spring block is composed of 5-coil double-coned springs (spring diameter 90mm, wire dia. 2,2 mm, approx. 120 pcs per sq.m.), connected to horizontally-rigid metal frames on both sides. These frames provide for stability of a spring block and mattress shape. Frames application allows to avoid using foam sides, and that helps decrease accumulation of dust.

Automomous spring block «Pocket»
Autonomous spring block is composed of 5-coiled cylindrical springs (spring dia. 50 mm, wire dia. 1,8 mm, 255 pcs/sq.m) each spring is put into separate «pocket».
Each spring in suck spring block adjusts to exact body zone it contacts with, not interfering with neighbouring springs. In such manner, spring block resebles body contours, distributing the load on its full area.
Orthopedic mattress built on autonomous sping block «pocket» ensures correct spine position during sleep.

Foam
Foam rubber (Poliurethane foam) — elastic fillament. Air-permeable, high moisture and temprature conductivity. Durable, reliable and safe material. Density 25 kg/m3.

Struttofiber
Struttofiber — artificial fiber, made of 100% polyethyr (polyester) with addition of natural fibers of cotton, wool and linen.
Low and medium rigidnesss fillers are used for struttofiber mattresses. Fiber alignment and fiber vertical arrangement makes the Struttofiber plate springy, also making it yieldy, air-permeable and durable.

Coconut fiber plate.
Filler is made of coconut coir (fiber from coconut shells), it is glued into a plate soaked with natural latex. Coconut Plates are highly rigid, at the same time are sufficiently flexible and air-permeable. Durable, deformation-resistant material.

Latex
Latex — elastic material used as a fillament in spring mattresses and as a base in springless mattresses. Also is combined with other fillaments (like coconut/latex layers). Material is highly dense, therefore is flexible and durable, but tends to be air-tight, so ventilation holes are usually punctured.
Latex contains 20% gum rubber. This is the exact share of natural materials, that allow to form a latex foal, that bears the above-mentioned properties.

High-yealding HR foam
High-yealding HR foam provides special properties of comfort and increased elasticity. Compared to original porolone — HR foam structure is not homogenous, it’s cells differ in size and react differently when pressed upon. Smaller cells react to moderate loads, while bigger cells begin to accept the load as it increases. As a result, HR foam is known for high elasticity and comfort, as well as high durability.
Eco-friendly, air-penetrable, hypoallergic, for orthopaedic products, durable material.

«Memory Foam»
Innovative viscous-elastic material of low yield. Originates from aerospace industry — used to lower astronauts graviation loads. Now widely used in commercial area, including orthopedic pillows and mattresses production.
Memory foam has porous structure. Open cells of material can compress under weight and heat of human body. The shape of material is kept that way for 3-4 seconds after the load is removed, and regains original shape after another 10 seconds.
Viscous-elastic foam reacts to body heat and ambient temperature, becoming softer and adjustng to body shape. This decreases pressure to blood vessels and allows for better blood circulation.
Material is environmentally friendly and hypoallergic. Unique in the industry.

Wool
Vatine (wool) — Mixture of cotton and wool fibers — additional soft filament. Widely used in furniture production.
